We are currently seeking applications for the position of  Retail Manager.

As the retail manager for this reputable company you will

be responsible for:

+ Managing stock levels; essential to ensuring that the customers receive a wide selection of quality products, within a professionally presented store

+ Managing staff; sharing an inspired vision, and team motivation

+ Managing schedules

+ Merchandising; store development and enhancement

+ Setting and ensuring budgets are met

+ Ensuring the pharmacies provide a pleasant shopping experience for customers and exceptional customer service is being offered; and

+ Ensuring the department and staff abide by the workplace health and safety and company policies/guidelines

To be considered for this role you will need to have:

+ A minimum of 3 years previous retail management experience

+ Experience with multiple specialty stores or department stores

+ A fun, energetic and results-oriented nature

+ Proven experience working with and exceeding store targets

+ Preferably experience with store transition processes

+ Experience with Staff reviews and appraisals

+ Hands on attitude

+ Male or female, 30 years and up
