Visser Holding Aruba makes charitable donation to local
foundation
On May 17th, Visser Holding Aruba made a substantial donation to the "Ban uni man pa cria nos muchanan" foundation. This foundation strives to deliver a daily breakfast to over 500 less fortunate elementary school children in Aruba. The foundation relies on the effort of volunteers to make all the breakfasts and deliver them to the schools. Its only income source is private donations.
Since June 2009, a group of VHA employees started giving to the foundation every month from their salary. The sum accumulated by the employees was matched by the company, creating a substantial amount that the foundation can make good use of.

Botica Dominguito to move across the street
In the coming months, Botica Dominguito in Curacao will be moving to a new location across the street. The main reason for this move is the traffic situation on Caracasbaaiweg, which makes it difficult for customers to get back on the road after visiting the pharmacy, due to the proximity of traffic lights. It is expected that customers will find the traffic situation much easier if approaching the pharmacy on the other side of the road. The new location promises to be more modern and efficient than the current one.
